Budapest Procurement Platform assistant
(6 months fixed term contract)
We are looking for a trainee to support Budapest Procurement Platform for the next 6 months. Your role will be to work with people across procurement organisation within and outside this platform. You will manage finance and HR processes related to this regional team.

Main missions :
1/ Manage Bridge ERP database at Material Master level, respecting rules and ensuring good Quality level
2/ Ensure service level activity for Eastern countries scope (DC and Front Offices). Managing the daily workload of Workflows and emails
3/ Support project needs in logistics. New flows implementation and other activities related with new offers launched
4/ Work on improvements and efficiency for the territory – take benefits from Data Analytics to improve quality and automatize activities
5/ Support team on Tools (SQL language) and processes

Profile and Competences
Education: Master 1/ Master 2 – in Logistic or Supply Chain Management or IT, or Data Science
Technical Field: Logistics / SQL language mandatory / SAP Knowledge if possible / data Analytics
Work experience needed: Internship or working experience in the field ( data analytic project will be appreciated)
Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): English fluent, French, other languages are a plus

- Result oriented
- Good analytical abilities, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Information System oriented with strong interest in logistics software and new communication technologies
- Good communicator. Work with multidisciplinary teams, abilities to convince and challenge collaboration inside Schneider Electric to achieve common objectives
- Be creative and disruptive to improve processes and be more efficient
Work environment:
Logistic Distribution Center in Hungary (Ceelog) but activity will cover whole Eastern countries and potential interaction with French DC (Evreux / Newlog)
Composition of the team: 3 team members already working in Ceelog RDC managing Eastern countries scope + French DC perimeter. Biggest part of the team is located in Spain (Sant Boi DC – 9 members) and 1 more in Grenoble. RUN Europe activity covered with 12 people.
Other people the VIE interacts with as part of the business activities: Other SE departments Order Management, DSP, Transport, Procurement, other Masterdata teams in factories and countries…
